Software AG steals spotlight at Gartner event

Software AG recently sponsored the Gartner Application Strategies and Solutions Summit 2017 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on Dec. 4-6. This was the largest Gartner event focused on integration and API management for Software AG globally with approximately 1,800 attendees.
As a premier sponsor, we had an exceptional booth and large presence on the floor. For the evening reception, the delicious smell of freshly popped corn from our movie theatre-themed booth drew in a large number of attendees, providing additional exposure, which was acknowledged and commented on by analysts.

Our product manager, Sachin Gadre, stole the spotlight this year with 330+ attendees at his session “Implementing Microservices and DevOps in Hybrid Environments – Real Life Lessons.” His timeslot was up against DELL BOOMI™, Oracle®, IBM® and Red Hat®, making this standing-room-only presentation even more significant and impressive. In addition to providing demos on hybrid integration, API management and dynamic apps, this Gartner event was also one of the first events to highlight our Cumulocity device management capabilities in North America. With Gartner’s current research on the Industrial IoT (IIoT) market, we wanted to showcase Software AG’s capabilities in and commitment to this rapidly growing market.
