# Docker natural-ce:9.1.3 not starting: License key issue

Obtained Docker Image natural-ce:9.1.3 from Docker-hub. On startup the error message below is shown in the logs. The license key appears to be valid (…/common/conf/nat91.xml): expiration date “2021/12/31”

```auto
Starting up NaturalDevelopmentServer at internal port 2700
**The XML file passed did not contain a key!**
NDV started correctly!

Seems to be running just fine.  
Can you try to pull the image again.
