# EDIINT special characters in payload

We are getting EDI 850 data in EDIINT wrapper from the partners. One of the partner is sending us the french characters (like hex e9 value) in MSG segment which truncates the payload before that character. How do I change the encoding to receive the EDIINT data to take care of these characters.
