# Get XML Layout File from Adapter

Hi!  
I need to access the Layout File (xml) from my Adapter.  
Lets say I have a Layout A and when CAI processes it in runtime,  
I need to read through my Adapter certain XML values.

How is this possible?

I already tried:

Params.getApplicationResourcePath(…)

Is this the right way, because nothing returns…

…use com.softwareag.cis.server.Info.getXMLLayout(String project,  
String layout)

But normally an adapter should know these things…

Lets say you are inside the adapter and you dont know the project name and the layout name…  
somehow the adapter should know who called him, right?
