Hi there,

We’ve downloaded and installed the VICS\_4010\_850 template file (4010.template) into our WmEDIforTN (4.6) package. We’ve restarted the server and we are not able to get the template object when calling getTemplate. getTemplateName is returning the template name in the list tough…

Any toughts ?
