# Got an error "The receipt was unsigned, and a signed receipt was expected".

We are upgrading to 7.1.3 WM and upon testing we encountered some errors. We have an SA2 partner sent a file, we received the file but got an error “The receipt was unsigned, and a signed receipt was expected”. Our partner says he did not received the MDN. Please help.
