Greetings to all.

How do I set and change a user’s password using the Natural Configuration Utility?

Thanks in advance!

This is not possible, as Natural has no built-in security. The Configuration Utility manages Natural Parameters only. This includes a user identifier (see USER), but not a password. Natural Security is an add-on package that controls passwords.
