Is there encryption on NATURAL (Online & Batch) and COMPLETE Passwords on Mainframe ?

When you are talking about Natural passwords stored on FSEC and COM-PLETE passwords stored on the COM-PLETE user file then the answer is YES,  
they are, of course, encrypted.
