Natural/Predict attempting to add a file in linux, what is this, 3017 usually this indicates security

```
 File .. DBA-TEST-FILE
    Fnr .. 232

```

in database …  
Database error occured. File not tested.  
Error … 3017

resp 17 indicates file does not exist or file is locked by utility.
