CONNX JDBC/ADABAS SQL Gateway Uses Standard SSL/TLS protocol for Encryption?

Does CONNX use standard-based SSL/TLS for the communications between the CONNX JDBC server and the mainframe Gateway task?

CONNX does not use SSL/TLS. It uses a proprietary encryption protocol.
