I’m looking for a reliable way to back up my Microsoft 365 (Office 365) mailbox. I need to protect emails, contacts, calendars, and attachments from accidental deletion, ransomware, or user mistakes. While Microsoft provides retention and recovery features, I understand they aren’t a complete backup solution for every scenario.
My requirements are:
- Backup multiple Office 365 user accounts
- Save mailbox data to PST or other formats
- Preserve folder hierarchy and metadata
- Support scheduled or incremental backups
- Easy restore when required
Has anyone used a good Office 365 backup solution for business or personal use? I’m interested in hearing your recommendations and experiences, especially regarding backup speed, restore reliability, and ease of use.
