How to set up a meeting with a peer at IUG 2024

Via the Software AG IUG Conference Mobile app for iOS and Android you can connect with other attendees and book live meetings with them.

To do so simply:

  1. On the event home tap Attendees
  2. Browse through the list or tap the search button in the top right → enter the name of the person you are looking for:

  3. Send a private message to the person or select a time/date to request an in-person meeting:

  4. Optionally you can add more people to the meetings. Tap Edit next to 1 person:

  5. Select the meeting location. Meet the experts is for meetings with the Software AG Team and Room Herbert is for meetings with other attendees.

  6. Verify and tap the send button image
