As our project rolls forward (converting natural/adabas applications from IBM mainframe to run under Suse Linux) we have the need for a product to replace our overlay/template printing. Currently we use ISIS, which is a form of AFP(advanced function printing), that formats and inserts pictures, graphs etc onto the output, combining text files as input and producing formatted page reports. Anyone doing this on a large scale? Would like to hear from folks who have done this sort of thing successfully. Thanks in advance.
