We need to consult an information in the system, and we can’t login.
It’s installed in an HP K CLASS 9000 HP UX, we turn it off a long time a go.

Have you installed latest fixes for the products
Assuming you are talking about an environment protected by Natural Security you will need to run an INPL R ( Natural Security Recover ) to reset the DBA account.
This links to the current version, but the procedure hasn’t changed since the beginning of time.
