Complete External Security From the Help Desk

In our ADABAS/Complete/Natural shop external security is handled by Data Security Services Group which is responsible for setting up mainframe logons and adding COMPLETE accounts. This process has worked successfully for many years but may be moved to the help desk. I am interested in discussing pros and cons of this model and talking to Complete customers who have had experience with this. Please email if you could assist.
