October 2026 Product Release: CONNX

connx-icon CONNX: Enabling AI-Driven Access to Enterprise Data

CONNX has long been recognized as a trusted solution for reliable data integration. Its database adapters provide real-time access to a broad range of legacy, relational, and other data sources, and its data virtualization and replication capabilities deliver high-value data wherever it is needed. Organizations use CONNX to enable secure self-service access from desktop tools, support real-time dashboard reporting, and replicate data to on-premises or cloud-based analytics platforms and data lakes. Because CONNX integrates directly with source and target databases, teams can be operational in hours rather than days. Building on this foundation and its existing support for Kafka, which provides the streaming backbone that modern data architectures require, CONNX version 15.0 now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open-source standard that defines how AI applications connect to external data, tools, and workflows. This is a strategic step toward intelligent, seamless integration rather than an incremental update. With this release, CONNX customers can evaluate the new capability right away through the CONNX MCP Server Community Edition.
